NALA Programs

ADVANCED PARALEGAL CERTIFICATION

These courses are for those seeking advanced instruction in the subject as well as Certified Paralegals seeking advanced certification in specific practice areas. Certification is national, not state based. Registrants complete the course material online at their own pace. It usually takes 20 hours per course; 10 hours for the smaller personal injury practice area courses. CLE credit is available to Certified Paralegals upon completion of an APC course.  Click here for APC information from NALA.

NALA CAMPUS LIVE!

These two-hour courses run throughout the fall, and offer opportunities to update your skills in a wide range of legal specialties - from evidence to immigration to real estate closings and more. Remember, all times in the schedule are Central Time.

CP EXAM COMPUTERIZED

The Certified Paralegal Examination transitioned from a paper-and-pencil test to a computer-based test in September 2010. The test is available every 3 months. It must be taken at an ACT testing center with a proctor. You are able to take one section at a time, as long as you finish the test in a one-month time frame.  Click here for examinee information from NALA.
