Participants will gain practical tools they can immediately apply to pleadings, correspondence, and case-related documents.

Meet our Speaker

Emily Madden is a Wyoming native and accomplished trial lawyer at The Spence Law Firm, where she has helped secure more than $80 million in verdicts and settlements since joining in 2020. A nationally recognized legal writer and former Editor-in-Chief of the Wyoming Law Review, she is known for persuasive advocacy that protects clients’ right to a jury trial. Emily graduated second in her class from the University of Wyoming College of Law, clerked for Honorable Kelly H. Rankin for the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming, and remains an active leader, teacher, and published voice in Wyoming’s legal community.
