Wyoming born and raised, Dana calls the Tetons home. As an undergraduate, she attended Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah and studied abroad at The University of Zaragoza, in Spain. She was active in several student-lead philanthropic organizations. During two intermittent leap-years, she traveled throughout Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, and Australia. In 2018, Dana obtained her Bachelors degree in Education, with a Minor in Anthropology. Following her studies, she returned to Teton Valley to be close to her family and community, and to raise her son in the mountains. Dana formerly worked in the field of education, teaching elementary students, and later as a high school humanities teacher. She is currently employed as a paralegal at The Spence Law Firm. Outside of work, Dana relishes spending her time traveling, learning, and exploring in nature with her son, their Malamute puppy, and black cat. She loves art, literature, and dance. Throughout her career, Dana has always been driven by advocacy for marginalized populations, social equity, and environmental justice. She is thrilled to join LAW and to serve on the Board as Secretary. |
