Meet THe Board of Directors 2024-2025 |
Candace has called Casper, Wyoming home since 2003. In 2016, she earned her Associate of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies from Casper College as a non-traditional student. She became a Certified Paralegal through NALA in October 2018, and also earned two advancements to her CP credential, one in discovery and one in trial practice. Candace began her legal career at 20 years old working at Murane & Bostwick, LLC; first starting out as a secretary and working her way up to a paralegal position. She has also worked for several other law offices before finding her way to The Spence Law Firm, LLC in March 2022. Most of her experience involves assisting attorneys in various types of law but mainly civil litigation defense work, including personal injury and medical malpractice. However, Candace has always had a passion advocating for others and is thrilled to be using her experience and knowledge to help those who truly need it with her current firm. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Rick, and they have two teenagers. In her spare time, she loves playing board games and pass the paddle (listening to music) with her family, kayaking and walking/running with her friends during the warmer months, and going on long walks with and training her two Labrador retrievers. In addition to serving as LAW's Region 1 Director, Candace also is serving as LAW's President and co-Director of Region 5. |
