Meet THe Board of Directors 2024-2025 |
Amanda calls Wyoming home after moving to Casper from Minnesota at a very young age. Amanda graduated with her AA in Human Communications from Casper College in 2017. She wanted to find classes to help her learn about contracts when she started as the Office Coordinator at the Ford Wyoming Center, so she enrolled in the Transaction Law class offered through Casper College's Paralegal Program. It didn't take long for her to become hooked and she decided to pursue a second Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, with graduating in 2019. Although Amanda does not work in a traditional paralegal role, she values the skills she learned from the program and applies them in her current position. More importantly, she loves the people she has met in the paralegal community. Amanda then went on to earn a BAS in Organization Leadership from the University of Wyoming in 2020. After 4 years as a member of LAW, she joined the LAW Board of Directors in 2021. She was nervous at first, but quickly learned she was surrounded by amazing people. LAW has given Amanda valuable relationships that will last for years to come. Despite the fact that Amanda's career consumes a large amount of time, she values every moment with her family. Outside of work, Amanda spends her time with her three kiddos, and three four-legged fur babies. As her kiddos get older, she values the small moments of just being together with them. When Amanda has free time, she finds peace and happiness in quilting. She also values growth and development, and continues to find ways to enhance herself. |
